Since moving from Chicago, I've taken my caddy to Lakeview Automotive for my oil changes, brake repairs, transmission maintenance and other car issues. These guys have consistently given me the best customer service by explaining the work they plan on doing in layman's terms and giving me very reasonable options and pricing. They were highly recommended by the discount tire place in town and a few of my new friends. I've gotten free coffee and wifi while I work on my laptop in their lobby during oil changes. More importantly, I really like supporting local businesses like Lakeview Automotive cause the bigger chain places are too cookie cutter for me and these guys are simply nice and hospitable in a time where those qualities are really hard to find! Lakeview Automotive gets my highest recommendation!

Horrible customer service, paid 50 dollars for a repair, picked the car up and to find out it was not fixed, eventually Gary said it was my fault and I am wrong. Overall a huge day and a half was wasted. Thankfully, I took the car on reidville road and it was fixed now I'm back Rolling

The customer service was poor. They said one thing and did another in reference to fixing our car. The customer service by Gary was rude at best. I would recommend Reidville Rd auto. They fixed what this shop claimed it couldn't find and did it at no charge.

Top notch professionals. I recently had an incident where my transmission fluid ran hot due to pulling a trailer at a high rate of speed. Lakeview made sure that all I had to do was flush the transmission and fill it again. While I was there, I got estimates on some other preventive procedures, since my car had over 100,000 miles on it. They gave me options and prices. I decided to go ahead with the maintenance, which would require about 5 hours. Someone took me home and came to pick me up when the car was ready. They suggested that I get new tires after test driving it and it "not feeling right." I thought my tires were newer than they were. They did not try to sell me anything that wasn't necessary and gave me a 36 month 36000 mile warranty on the job they did.

I don’t typically write reviews, however, I received such good service that I felt compelled to leave feedback. Recently I had some problems with my 2002 Mitsubishi Montero’s temperature gauge showing erratic readings. I had previously taken it to another repair shop and after taking my money they advised that they could not fix it and that it had to be taken to the dealership for repair. Knowing that it was going to cost a significantly higher price to take it to Mitsubishi, I decided to take it in to Lakeview. I spoke with Gary and gave him a list of issues, including the temperature gauge, which I wanted repaired. I advised him that if it was too expensive to repair all of the issues that I would probably just trade it in for a new car. Gary gave me a reasonable quote so I had them start the work. During this time I was without a vehicle and in most situations like this I would have had to rent or borrow a car. Tony (the owner) actually called and said that they had a spare truck that I could use at no cost while the repairs were being completed. Talk about service. Since my repairs have been complete I can happily say my SUV drives almost as good as the day I bought it new. Thanks again guys for the great service.

Tony, Gary and crew are absolute professionals and provide top notch customer service! They have free wifi, so I was able to work from their lobby and sip some coffee while I waited. They even offered me a slice of watermelon before I left. Great southern hospitality and then some!!
