When my car started to shake I brought it into Lakeview Automotive to check if i needed a front end alignment. The front desk attendent approached me and said "its worse than you thought, your axle is falling out of the bottom of your car, you should not be driving this car." and the gave me an estimate for $3600, $3100 to have my entire suspension system replaced and few other things unrelated to my axle, and Approximately $570 to have my axle replaced. I took my car in for a second opinion, where i was informed that my suspension did not need replacing and my axle was indeed broken but it was safe to drive on within necessity. I didn't need to pay a fraction of what Lakeview estimated my car needed. I was really hopeful with how kind hearted the front desk attendant was (April), but i will never return to this place. Always get a second opinion folks.

A mechanic I trust (but who doesn't do my brand) referred me to Gary and Tony at Lakeview to work on my beloved but aging car. They did a great job with the car, as well as counseling along the way. So glad to have such nice, capable folks on my side.

Faced with the major repair of replacing the entire engine in my Mini Cooper, I feared the worst. However, Tony and Lakeview Automotive made the best of a bad situation. After assessing the damage, they located a replacement engine and immediately gave me an accurate quotation of the complete repair costs. I was provided a car to use and the repairs were made and did not exceed the quoted price. I can say that, without doubt, Lakeview Automotive can be trusted to professionally take care of any and all of your automotive repairs and I will use them in the future.

Although they were able to fix my vehicle in a timely manner, they charged me an unnecessary diagnostic fee, way over charged me for the parts needed and then got a bit of an attitude with me when I asked why it was so expensive and began to talk it over with them. They even asked me why I couldn't afford to pay it and other personal questions that had nothing to do with why they were charging such a ridiculous amount! I will not be going back there ever again!
