I began Lakeview Automotive because of an experience I had while working for another company.  One day a young woman came into the company very upset!  Her car had just shut off in the middle of the road!  She went on to say that she had taken her car to 5 other repair shops, and no one had been able to help but she had spent all her money!  I took the vehicle out for a test drive to verify her symptoms, but the vehicle drove normally.  I drove into the bay and raised the hood and did a visual inspection.  Nothing looked abnormal.  I then began to gently check for any loose electrical connections.  That’s when the engine shut off.  I re-started the engine and checked it again with the same results, the engine stalled. It was just a connector that was not fully connected.  I explained to her what I found, and she asked if she could hug me.  It was then I realized I had something to offer people that was hard to find.  That’s when my business started.  I began by myself in a 3-bay shop which has grown into an 11-bay shop with 8 team members, that are all dedicated to being the best team in the automotive repair and service industry!  Here we are 20+ years later with that same drive and determination to provide peace of mind to ensure your family and most importantly your children arrive safely! - Tony Burns
